We offer various types of therapeutic exercise in our space:
In all of them, the therapist gets to know the practitioner's clinical case and adjusts the exercises to their particular condition, respecting their limitations and promoting improvement through exercise adaptations.
It is because we believe that this care makes all the difference, and because we want to offer a service of excellence, that class sizes are small.
In the first individual clinical pilates session, a evaluationtreatment (if necessary) and some exercises of pilates with a focus on teaching the basic principles of this modality.

Increasingly popular and recommended, it's easy to find Pilates classes. However, make sure that the instructor is a Physiotherapist with specific training in Clinical Pilates and that the classes are in small groups where it is possible to correct all the students.
What should I bring to a Clinical Pilates session?
In small groups - maximum of 4 students per class - you will take clinical pilates classes at your own pace, with safety and constant correction from the physiotherapist.
Before joining a class, you will have to undergo an assessment session by the pilates instructor physiotherapist to present your clinical case. evaluation and counselling.
When necessary, manual techniques will be applied in this initial session teaching for home (ergonomic changes, exercises to perform and avoid) and a first introduction to Pilates and its basic principles.
Once the physiotherapist knows your clinical case, they will be able to modify the exercises during the group pilates class so that you can perform them safely and in a way that is not harmful to your clinical condition. The aim is for the whole class to be able to perform a complete and as homogeneous class as possible, with the respective individual adaptations.
In group practice, you'll find a pleasant, cohesive atmosphere between classes, bringing with it all the added benefits of socialisation.

QiGong or Chi Kung is an ancient Chinese practice that combines physical exercise, breathing and meditation. The gentle movements and breathing techniques to balance the body's vital energy, aligned with a practice of body and energy awareness, aim to improve physical and mental condition, increasing the vitality, balance and body coordination of those who practise it regularly.
It is particularly recommended for those looking to recover their physical condition after an injury, chronic or long-term illness. As it involves slow, non-impact movements, it is also an excellent exercise for the elderly.
The holistic vision of this method leads to an increase in quality of life, promoting health and general well-being.
